My life is sooo disorganised. I have a squillion and one things I COULD do, but end up achieving nothing.
I could -
Paint up the two new picture book ideas I have (if a little daunting)
Do some housework (yeah right)
Go up and work at the allotment (tempting)
Work on my new card ranges
Ugh, I think I'll go up allotment...bye for now!

Frustrating isn't it, but you're a woman and designed for multi-tasking, (or is that a myth?). I can only do one thing at a time and get constantly niggled by thoughts of my 'to do list' :¬(
I've been trying to send out postcards, (not liking the printing/postage costs, I've got a dummy picture book languishing on slush pile somewhere, but need to send out more copies to other Publisher's. I've another picture book that I have been meaning to send out. :¬(
...why haven't I got an allotment! :¬(

Have you rung up the publishers who have your dummy to ask if they've seen it yet?
I would highly recommend an allotment! I'll bet you'd get some lovely ones down in Devon. You could grow pinapples!
I'm even further away than that, I'm in deepest, darkest West Cornwall!
I haven't phoned the publisher's yet. The last time I did that about a dummy book I got it back within a couple of days with a no thanks attached. :¬(
In my odd little brain I think by phoning them I'll force them into a hasty decision. Good grief I'm so pathetic...I must seek counselling! ;¬)
